Following her arrest earlier this week in an alleged murder-for-hire plot, 6 News began looking into Heather Dibert’s lengthy criminal history, which dates back the past few decades.

According to online court documents, she has been charged with assault, threats, and thefts over the years.

One of her cases, from march of 2012, involved a woman named Fawn Mountain.

Fawn Mountain is a Blair County woman who disappeared in November of 2012.

6 News obtained a copy of that criminal complaint from 2012.

The docket says Dibert was charged and pled guilty to disorderly conduct.

In the complaint, police say they were called to a trailer park in Claysburg and were met by an angry Heather Dibert, who was reportedly screaming at them.

The complaint from 2012 says police also spoke with Dibert's girlfriend at the time, Fawn Mountain, who they say explained that dibert had allegedly been "abusive" in their relationship and she "just wants to leave,” but added that Heather wouldn't let her.

In the complaint, police say they told Mountain not to return to Dibert's residence for any reason.

To date, police say no charges have been filed in Mountain's disappearance.

Back in 2021, state police told 6 news that they did identify a person of interest but that the investigation is still ongoing.
